im sorry.  and the only reason it hurts is because it's true.  you were right about everything and that's why it kills me and i was being so dramatic.  i have problems and i need serious help, but i'm just too damn scared to go through with it.  i'm too afraid they are going to make me not feel beautiful, and i'm going to be the same person who hates herself now.  i dont know.  i wish i was okay with myself and i wish i didnt beat you up either, but it's just my way of releasing my terrible energy.  god.  im truly sorry.
